 - May 20, freezing leftovers
 - May 27, sun-dried tomatoes
 - June 3, no-sugar-added strawberry jam
 - June 10, healthy frozen pizza
 - June 17, pickled asparagus.
 
I'm thinking about attending the chips and tomatoes classes.
