We charge our car overnight at our house which (obviously) doesn't use electrons we make, but it does debit the "banked" electricity we made during the day. And when I drive the Volt to work, a few times a week I charge up at the Alliant Energy Madison headquarters where they have five free charging stations, and they are solar powered too!
So here's to a happy, sun-powered new year for us and many others.

ReplyDeleteA post at SUN PWRD made me think about making better choices regarding my use of energy sources every day from a sustainable perspective, rather than needing them to prompt me to consider alternatives. Being inspired by this led me to think of my Marty Supreme jacket that I purchased years ago it has taught me how the best designs can be durable while still being responsible in the choices made.
